All parts are disassembled, now it is time to cnc them!

The sprocket goes to Lucky (LUCKY HANDS) and the pulley to Pfeffi (P-Form). Just as an info,  this was done in January 2017…

Weight check (before):

• Sprocket, 1299g
• Pulley, 1358g

After three weeks the parts are back – fantastic work!

• Sprocket, 805g (-494g)
• Pulley, 1068g (-290g)

Next step is to colorize the parts.
Front sprocket, idler pulley assembly and nut will be electro galvanized in black zink. The pulley will be first glass beads blasted and then powder coated in RAL9005. Keep you posted.
