Finished Sprocket & Pulley

These are the parts for black zink (galvanized). As you can see I decided to switch back to the original tensioner on the idler pulley.

  • 27T sprocket
  • OEM tensioner for idler pulley
  • new 1 7/8 sprocket nut (HD 35211-91B)

And the 65T pulley after glass beads blasting ready for powder coating (RAL9005). Bad aluminium quality because of entrapped air but whatever…

And now the final results

And the final weight check:

  • Sprocket 807g (-492g)
  • Pulley 1065g (-293g)

Now it’s time for reconstruction =D
