Now it’s time to install the new pulley.

STEP 1
First is to prepare the wheel on the table. Make sure the breaking rotor is not touching anything, same to the bearings. Then just put the pulley on.
STEP 2
Just apply some Loctite 243 on the screws – mine plus some anti seize because auf VA2 in aluminium. Note: The official HD-Manual dictate new screws on every drive pulley reassembly.
STEP 3
Now install washers and screws and torque them to 48-50 NM in a criss cross direction.
