Now it’s time to install the new pulley.
These are the tools:
- 7/32 HEX
- torque wrench
- anti seize
- Loctite 243
Terms and conditions: All work at own risk, NO warranty in ANY case of damage!
First is to prepare the wheel on the table. Make sure the breaking rotor is not touching anything, same to the bearings. Then just put the pulley on.
Just apply some Loctite 243 on the screws – mine plus some anti seize because auf VA2 in aluminium. Note: The official HD-Manual dictate new screws on every drive pulley reassembly.
Now install washers and screws and torque them to 48-50 NM in a criss cross direction.
