After a test fit of the idler pulley I realised a length difference on the bolts. Therefore I reinstalled both of them.

- 9/16 WRENCH

Step 1
After removing the idler pulley (rear wheel removal) you need to counter the two idler pulley nuts with the 9/16 NUT and WRENCH. Then it is easy to unscrew the bolt itself.
Step 2
After cleaning, just apply some Loctite 271 RED on the bolt and reinstalled it as wanted – mine 29mm.
Step 3
Now its time to wait until it is hardened (15-45min). And your done.
